Hi Guys
I wonder if anyone else has had a much higher than normal bill for water and if they know the reason why. I have not been to my apartment since last August but my last water bill was 3 times higher than normal. Is this something to do with all the flooding we have had and so higher charges for drainage. appreciate any answers

Yes,we also had a significantly higher bill.I know that we have to pay a separate charge now for refuse collection and wasn’t sure if it was connected to that bill?
Hopefully someone will know.🤞🏼

Hi all,
Yes I understand the increase is due to the collection of waste. We also questioned this several months ago and was informed by our keyholder that charges for waste collection are now paid to the water company . Regards Andy
