Hi Everyone.
Can anyone advise me on a way forward for my direct debit problem with Sabadell.There not paying on many occasions s my direct debit payments to Iberdrola. I've contacted them on many occasions but they have never said why they have not paid Iberdrola request for payment.

Usually, the only reason that a direct debit is not paid, is when there are insufficient funds in the account. Otherwise they're paid automatically.

There's always been funds in there.
Do I have to update my account periodically. So.eone mentioned that a while ago

It hasn't happened with Aquilia just Iberdrola.
Someone mentioned I may have to update my details annually but havnt really heard of that

Best thing to do is move your bank account.

Have you Spoken to Iberdrola as Company is in control of Direct Debit they request the payment.Have you checked on your Sabadell bank account that its still Active.
