Yes I understand that you can do the loading remotly. Problem is I am in Ireland still  and the client with the firestick is in Lo Pagan. He is a Chinese restauranteur and is depending on his teenage daughter to communicate and do the techy part. She seems either shy or incaoable so thats why I was trying to find some practical way of doing this. I am on facebook but seldom use it. Any suggestions to assist?

Then the only other way would be to buy a pre loaded one so then all they would have to do is connect to their router and connect the vpn, does this make sense to you?

Didnt know it is possible to buy a pre loaded one. Where can this be purchased and what are the differences if any??

Its really a  very simple thing to do ..Best done if they do themselves otherwise they won't get the best out of it when they try to use it..Good quality Internet and a 4k firestick make for a better experience
