Hi all. We have booked to return back to the UK next week and we have our boarding pass QR’s. Having looked at them above the code there is a message which reads “Covid documentation not uploaded” Despite having all the other necessary documentation in place such as pre flight Covid test, contact locator form and confirmation of our having booked a day 2 PCR test on our mobiles separately downloaded is the boarding pass going to get us through check-in? Advise please. Best regards to all. Richard 🤞

Am I right in assuming the 2 day test you are referring to is the one that you will take in the UK? Have you booked your Covid test pre departure from Spain? That may be why it states what it does
You do know that the "fit to fly" test and passenger locator form are only valid when done within 48 hours of your flight? My parents flew back to UK yesterday and l checked with the airline (Ryanair) that hard copies of all documentation was acceptable at the check-in, if in doubt call your airlines helpdesk I've always found them helpful.

Hi Stevie. Yes you are right re the 2 day PCR test and the ore flight Covid test booked in. I’ll have all the necessary documentation just not on the ryanair site. I’m assuming the boarding pass I’ve already downloaded will not be invalidated due to the message on it.

Thanks for the reply and yes I do appreciate that the locator form can only be filled out 48 hrs before departure. As for the pre flight Antigen test then my understanding is that it can be within 72 hrs of departure. I was just trying to get ahead of the game with downloading our boarding passes. Trying to get a response from ryanair re my query is useless but if you’ve got a hotline number to contact them then please let me know.

In the queue for boarding, they just check you have everything and aren't bothered about if it's electronic or hard copy. We had electronic boarding passes and UK passenger locator forms but hard copies of the antigen negative test. Hope this helps.

If it helps, I uploaded our UK vaccination passes and the message about 'Covid documentation not uploaded' disappeared.

Hi again Richard. Very helpful comment so thanks. However I’ve already got all the documentation needed and to be honest I’m not too sure how to upload it. I don’t want to risk losing the boarding passes so I’m just hoping that the QR code on the boarding pass won’t be invalidated. It’s only the QR pixels which are read isn’t it? As said I will have the contact locator form, pre fight test paper, confirmation of Day 2 PCR test and our Covid passport. Should be ok shouldn’t I? Cheers, RicardoW
