Hi

We are also over for Christmas (our first since we bought in San Pedro) and we wondered the same. Last time we were over I asked at Bar Amigos but they are only open 12 - 2pm and not serving food. If you find anywhere please post and we might see you there

Hi

The last two years we had Christmas lunch at El Rincon Italian, next to Amigos.  It was lovely.  Find them on Facebook they have just posted their Christmas Day menu!

There were lots of places serving lunch at the beach.  Los Caracoles and La Barra were two where we have eaten lots of times so I imagine they would be nice.

x

Most of the restaurants are actually open on Christmas Day, it is Christmas Eve when most are closed as the Spanish celebrate with their Families and go to mass etc.

On the curve in Lo Pagan we know D Lounge was open last year as was El Rubio and Venezuela, unsure if you have to book...

We actually spent Christmas Day in Alicante last year and struggled to find a decent restaurant open so we will stay in Lo Pagan this year, overall it is pretty quiet, especially at night.

Rincon have recently announced their Christmas Lunch, it is Festive in the sense it will have Turkey and trimmings, I think it was €35 for 3 courses...

We had Xmas lunch at the Hot Wok in Puerto deMazarron, different but enjoyable. The staff were lovely, a free bottle of wine for two people, a free liquor at the end if the meal anda present fir everyone, mine was a head scarf, still use it.
