I use Jesus Gonzalez of Gonzalez and Chaulet in San Javier, located at top of town near roundabout. Always had good service from him.

Nor do we, we walk it, we were originally advised others when we bought but binned them off because they were not up to scratch. I like the fact they are not hand in glove with the estate agent so they are not serving two masters

They are definitely the best we found, Samantha chaulet was brilliant, definitely worth the trip up , there may even be a bus , they're just past the museum in San Javier

They go above and beyond, my parents used them when buying their house and myself and husband used them because of how fabulous they were with mum and dad, they helped with absolutely everything from banks to electricity companies, can't ratee them enough,
