Hi all
I have a heated swimming pool in the group uno development. But heater doesn't work. The builder keeps getting it fixed for some reason or another but it still doesn't work. So I would like to get a second opinion from an expert who installs them. Can anyone recommend one?

try jason at Ocean pools...he's just building our pool with a heater....very good..

Yes you would think so.
I have tried so hard to get it sorted. In October they look at my pool 5 times each time they said something different. On the 5 the time they rearranged all the pipe work only for it to burst and the pool started to drain. The pipes burst twice. Lucky someone was in the Villa each time. I've had 2 holidays in the Villa now and the kids couldn't use the pool. I have told Groupo uno that I want my money back and I will get someone else to sort it out.

Hi Kay; so sorry you are having to deal with this. Sounds like the 'workings' are faulty. Maybe contact Citizens Advice in Spain.
Hope you do get 'result', and get your pool working soon.
