Community legal rights of a president
We have been living in our apartment for almost two years.
On viewing the property prior to sale we noticed that there was out door chairs tidily kept on the level leading to the shared solarium.
On purchasing our apartment we were told that this is fine, however the furniture cannot be stored permanently on the solarium.
We live on the first floor of a two storey block with only a space area above leading to the solarium and for the last 18 months have kept two chairs and a collapsed clothes dryer on the area leading to the solarium.
We are one of six apartments on our level, of which only 3 are permanently residents including ourselves.
The elected President who doesn't reside in the block and has not been present on site during our ownership but has elected a spanish resident who is not an owner to carry out his duties.
This person has informed us recently that the shared solarium is for washed clothes drying only and not for sun bathing.
We have been in the UK for approximately 4 months visiting family and friends only to have returned to find that the 2 chairs and dryer have disappeared.
As it is impossible to enter the inner section in which we live without a key we do not think they have been stolen but removed.
Does the President or anybody carrying out his orders have the right to move our items without prior notice.
The furniture has only been removed recently we know this as we have had family confirmation.
The matter is in an email to for administration awaiting a response.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.
