Many thanks for your posts, really appreciated and a further education for me. Now that I have a copy of the completed form emailed to me, it will make it so much easier for me to do what you have posted, So next year, a saving of a further €40. Appreciate your time.

Only thing I'm still not sure about is the Cadastral value? Is it the same every year? I think it's specified on the IBI bill but that doesn't come out until September or October so doesn't leave much time to pay it. 

Does anyone on the forum rent out their properties?  Any advice about this would be gratefully received. Thanks hoping.

Thanks for your help. Is that fee quarterly? How do you deal with your UK taxes? You have to declare over here too I think. Can they deal with the UK side too?

No that is annual. We live in UK so our fee is just the Spanish tax for the year. I'm not sure if they do the English side but they are very good, English speaking and present everything very clearly. Extremely professional. They did our house transaction organised our NI numbers, house insurance etc. No hidden surprises. Very reasonable.
