Private health care
Any one give recommendations for private healthcare in spain.
We use Sanitas (part of the BUPA group) and pay approx. €750 per person annually, which includes dental cover. This is for a coupe in our early-50s with nil pre-existing conditions. As with the UK, you will pay more with increased age and any pre-existing conditions.
We've been very pleased with Sanitas and the rates have barely increased over the past 4 years. I have also seen DKV recommended on this forum by others, but I have no first-hand experience with them.
It's worth shopping around as, originally, I was getting quotes of €6,000+ per year from certain brokers.
Hop this helps!
