Does any one know if i can get my will changed without getting v charged the same as getting a new one done.?
You dont need an expensive solicitor to make a will, any notary will do it for a fraction of the price. We used a well recommended notary in Almoradi who charged us 57€ each, spoke impeccable english. Research your local notaries.

Very true my friend just made a completely new will with the notary in Av Sandaval Santiago la Ribera €50

We were charged 400 euros snd they whete looking another 400 to amend. X

The notary I recommend is Inigo Guillermo Revilla Fernandez, Avda Sandoval 19 Bajo. 30720, Santiago la Ribera. Tel 968 139 260 or 968 570 167
As I said they charged my friend €50 which is about average fee with a Notary

Good morning, Eduardo,
Did you just do a 'codicil' (addition) to your original will or make a completely new one? We´ve named a couple in the Uk but sadly both are ill now and one is waiting open heart surgery. They would not be in a fit state really to come over and try to sort out all the practicalities. So I guess we would just want to change the names of the beneficiaries. Thank you.

It was my partner who did the will, and she changed all of her details names etc so I presume you would call it a new will

I contacted this Notary and they also quoted €50 for a basic Spanish will. However, to have it in English too would cost an additional €50. Oh, and if you need a translator they can provide one for €30. It would also cost more if the will was more than 5 pages (ie special clauses etc). I guess there is also IVA to pay.
