Does anyone know a builder who could renovate my house in Lo Pagan? English or Spanish speaking. The renovations will include 3 bedroom, two bathrooms, installing another bathroom and a kitchen diner.

We’ve just ours done by Danny Design.you can find him on Facebook. He’s Polish, but speaks English. He did finished the work on our house two weeks ahead of schedule. I’d be lying if I said it want perfectly, we had one or two hiccups and disagreements, but they were sorted. We are very pleased with our completed house.

Danny Design totally renovated our property in Lo Pagan. Floors, ceilings, plumbing, all new electrics, took down walls, moved walls, made walls, windows, doors, kitchen and two new bathrooms. Started a week early, finished on time. Highly recommend.

I used a local (to me) spanish builder to configer a full blown Granny annex (very little English but if needed google translate worked well) very happy with his work and price structure, which was amazing. It involved knocking down and making new walls, making new doorways and bricking up old ones, removing a window and replacing it with a patio door, full installation of a walkin wardrobe and toilet / shower ensuit and then plastering and tiling throughout. if you are still looking I can private message you his contact details.
