Hi Everyone,
We've bought a new property in Lo Pagan , built by Group Uno by the Constella College,were going to rent it out some of the year,we've found a great guy Chris from Iberian properties which is going to manage it.Just in passing conversation I mentioned how much I'm paying for home Security system from Security's Direct,let's be honest they seem to have the market here anyway.We pay about 40eu a month for the service.
Is this normal for such a service or am I paying well over the odds.If do,can anyone offer an alternative for us.
