Hi Maureen, if you look at the latest post I have put on this subject there is a link to a support site in Spain. Reading through it and the problem you are having then it could be that you will not receive the old green card but the new TIE and for that you will be in a queue so you need to find out where you stand as mine took a while and had to wait for a batch number which you get on the form when you first register.You also have to give your fingerprints and a photo so if you havent done this then you need to ,regards Bob.
