They have not reformed! Their employee at Southend told me in May that he receives incentives for spotting and/or creating damages!

Yes, I take out the extra insurance with insurance4carhire.com
I got my renewal policy notification in January but I'm not going to renew until April as that's when I'm out in Los Alcazares next. It has increased slightly to £42.99 which is a huge difference compared to the price that the car firms charge per rental - I choose the Annual Europe policy.
