Hiya. Just for further support information, non residents with a second home can't apply for a Carte de Invitación.

Is it me, but the first link unfortunately does not work

Please don't assume that 'I'll find most people.........' etc

Hundreds of thousands of UK residents made up their own mind on the Brexit decision and were not necessarily influenced by the lies from politicians. You and the 'Remoaners' have insulted the intelligence of the 'Leavers' ever since the result of the referendum. I don't know if you're a disgruntl...

...ed resident of Spain or the UK, but it's high time the Brexit decision was put to bed! I am a UK resident with property in Spain and I'm pleased the UK has left that organization in Brussels, even though I recognise there are some things that don't ideally suit me.

Counties evolve. Spain and the UK aren't what they were 20 years ago, irrespective of any referendum. You cannot rely on currency exchange; interest rates or inflation etc staying the same forever when you decide to move to any country. You do your own risk assessment at the time and make a decision.

I'm sure most will agree that politicians lie, it's possibly the only thing they're competent at. They're even daft enough to do it on camera, just look through the archive material during the pandemic for example.

I think the main concern for all of us now is to get through this pandemic and enjoy whatever opportunities come our way......in spite of the confusion and lies from politicians!

For me, the Brexit debate has ended!

Very well said

Look you cannot change Brexit so get used to it. You left your country of birth for supposedly "better climes " great - so embrace it and leave the UK to run its own business. Why should it bother you? you don't live there any more, you spend your earned money in your new country (as you should) ...

...so whatever happens in the UK should be of no consequence. Prices in Spain were going up long before Brexit, Spain has always taken "backhanders" and the Brits moving over was another great excuse to gain more revenue.

I think you have got this the wrong way round, I have lived here for 20 years and not that bothered about Brexit.  A few little dificulties buying from the UK,  but you can get most things with in the EU now.  It is the UK that as been hurt the most,  most of those coming on holiday shot themselves in the foot with Brexit.  With hind sight I think it as turned out better for the EU in many ways. The UK as always held back the EU.
