We renewed after S1 issued no problems until residencia finalised and registered

DKV also has access in San Javier (Virgen de la Caridad) and Cartagena (Quiron Medical services)
You can call them for authorization for major tests, they'll direct you to the nearest facilities to your location. Very good customer service too. Best wishes.
