Looking for a job: How quick can you find a job in Costa Calida?

Good morning, My name is Esther. I have been working in care for 15 years as a helping carer for elderly people with dementia. I do this with great pleasure. My question is whether there are houses in Spain where you can work with the English language. Where Spanish is not needed. I can of course learn Spanish, but this takes time. I could temporarily do something else if necessary. I now live in the Netherlands, but I'm just curious if it's easy to get a job in Costa Calida. Who knows for the future that I want to take the step to live and work in Spain. We do already have an Apartment in Los Alcazares.
