Anyone who has built an extension, installed a pool or done anything without all the permits should be getting nervous....the survey plane is busy scanning a large area around Alicante...
How do you know that's what it's doing?
Probably has a big trailing banner behind it saying 'survey plane'.

It is moving down....it is being operated by SPASA - https://spasa.com/ so hardly needs a banner.
I don't have a pool or an extension as don't have the room for either, however, I feel sorry for those who do and who apply for permission but have to wait what appears to be years before they get a reply. So I can undertand if they build and then apply for retrospective planning. This happens with builders who are building apartments quite a lot. They get wrapped on the knuckles and a fine but do get their permission!
