Thank you for the photos. Sorry for the delayed reply, I have been out all morning and have just had a chance to look at them.

It looks a very nice house.  Can you give some details please, e.g. how far away are the nearest shops, restaurants etc and are they open in the winter?  Is it primarily a holiday resort area or are there permanent residents? How far away is Los Alcazares and /or other towns?  

What is the rent and what would the arrangements for paying/getting the keys etc

it is close to all shops and bars 3 Minuit walk to beach very quiet area and lovely neighbours we are out there next Wednesday for a few days if you would like a look at it

We are in the UK so unfortunately can't come to see the property.

I am a bit concerned with your comment that it is a very quiet area - we have had our own place in Spain in the past, which was very busy at Easter and in the summer months but was deserted in the winter and most amenities closed and that's not what we are looking for. Can you clarify what we could expect in February/March in the area please?

Not sure only bought in Jan this year most bars shops and restauntent are open I’m afraid that’s all I can tell yea best of luck finding a place

We have a 3 bed town house in LA. It is 5 mins from square and 15 mins walk to beach. It has front terrace and small back terrace, first floor balcony and roof terrace. It has wi fi and english tv. I can send photos if you are interested.
