Same is happening to me .charged for every month so far this year 26.50..each time..i must contact my lawyer and he might know why..

Have you looked at the very small print on your bills for an explanation of what is going on ??
They may be something there.

I have for many years now found Sabadell to be the most unhelpful bank and will certainly be looking to change before too long.
I can't see how you can call Banco Sabadell unhelpful, when they are offering you a very efficient online banking system but you have chosen not to use it! You can download all your receipts and see what everything is for.
