I got ours from Aldi, as ones online are a rip off and they don’t all come with GPS, so be careful….

Anyhow, as you are hiring, you won’t need to buy one……Gives all the companies a good excuse to hike their already extautionate prices I’m guessing….

Hire car companies are obliged to rent their vehicles complete with everything that they need to be legally roadworthy, so they should have the new V16 devices supplied, as they would with the previously required triangles. The V16 devices should not just have GPS, they must must be "homologado" with the DGT and not cheap Chinese imports that do not comply. The DGT has a complete list of the models which are acceptable to them on their website.
