I applied for 3 refunds on easyJet flights one on the 10/07/2019 

Another on the 27th March 2020 

Another on the 4th April 2020 

After filling it all in correct I recd no response so today went on to the site to resend it I Recd this which tells me original is no longer in use and is not monitored 

Go to this other email address that is a joke same questions but at end it says start again ????

Forget easyJet.

Do a chargeback with your credit card company.

EasyJet are required by law to refund you within 7 days.

No arguments at all.

I have done a chargeback on one Ryanair flight & will be doing 2 more in the next few days.

Hi you need to put in the request on their covid19 hub for a refund. Once you have done this you will get a confirmation email. You should get the refund within 28 days but bear with them as they have thousands to deal with.

Covid 19 is where I claimed in March now when you go back on that it is saying this is no longer monitored email address closed 

It is then sending you to another place to claim it but I am still claiming from 10th July flight cancelled it says on my app being processed nearly a year but still no response

Hi the july 19 cancelled flight surely should have sorted before now if it was cancelled by EJ?
