The Portal del Paciente is an app from the Google Play Store used for making medical appointments in the Public Health sector and many other things. However, does anyone know how to download the app onto iPhones? The Google Play Store android apps are not compatible with the iOS system used in iPhones.

Yes there is but this particular app is only available on Google Play Store.
