Once you're here you need to go in person with your cv to the bars and restaurants. You need to get your social security number and NIE set up first. Just be aware that café and restaurant work here isn't slow paced...Los Alcazares is a busy resort and in summer it's hectic, winter a bit calmer but a lot of places shut for one or two months in the winter so the work can be seasonal. Good luck.

Thank you so much. Yes we have a solicitor who has completed all documentation for us and are meeting him are first week there to finalise are NIE numbers and residency. I am happy to work amongst a fast pace as it is what I'm used to coming from a hospital and clinical setting. Just wanting to try something different during my break away from nursing. Do they prefer cvs in English or spainish

An English owned/ run place will prefer in English and others Spanish. If you speak both languages fluently then that's a bonus.
