Hi Stan, I was hoping to see some postings here with info regarding walking groups in LA. I have joined U3A in Torrevieja and they do a monthly walk and more regular rambles. Look forward to some postings. Will be in LA beginning of January and if no groups appear  I’ll let you have a phone no. Hook up and explore the area, create a walking group?martin Mc

I started a walking group about 2 years ago in Los Alcazares.  We had about 8 people.  However, when the summer came with high temperatures, sadly people started dwindling off.  I would be interested in joining a walking group again.

If there is anyone who lives in the Area and who knows where the best walks are and who would be interested in being a guide we would love to hear from you as there is already some interest being shown. (I’m here until the end of March) Thanks Stan .

Hi Sheila - i would be interested in joining a walking group.  I’m in Spain at the moment for a few weeks but then not back until February.  I’m often on my own so would be interested in having someone to walk with on some of the more isolated walks.

Hi is anyone aware of a walking group in the Los Alcazares area that walk all the year round (well maybe not July & August 🥵🥵) as I know of 1 group but the walks are mostly in the northern part of the region of Murcia and driving 1 1/2 hours each way and walking/hiking 4 or 5 hours and then driving all the way back to Los Alcazares is not great so any suggestions would be appreciated.  Many thanks
