Does anyone know how many passengers are allowed in a 5 seater car including the driver? I remember it was only 3 with the driver, but then went up but then possibly went down again? Many thanks

2 in the front 2 in the back unless from same household you can have 5

Can you quote the law about same household Crissy? I can only find 2 per row of seats no matter who - currently, in Murcia province anyway.
Only difference is all masked if not all same household.

I was going ask that Crissy as there always has been confusion and confusion in Spain costs fines! Thanks for your help

Even the N332 info is a bit vague.....all same household dont need to wear masks!
‼️ Murcia Region restrictions changes ‼️
➡️ In private vehicles of up to 9 seats, up to two people per row of seats. All wearing masks if at least ONE passenger is from a different household.
In vehicles with only 1 line of seats e.g. vans, lorries etc - maximum 2 people. Both wearing masks if from different households.
