Banco popular to santander

No problems here....we transferred across seamlessly. Only one of our accounts changed its number, the rest stayed the same. We now use the Santander web portal to log in to internet banking but log on details remain the same as old Banco Popular. Nobody has come back to us to say a bill hasn't been paid so it seems to have gone smoothly for us.

I am in middle of major problems been with popular for about 20 years and on the changeover all DD reverted back to original accounts we had changed them over the years so they made us o/d in one account and did not take from other and set charges at 40€ we appealed butanager does also not understand new system so we are awaiting it to be sorted but get more and more charges weekly 

We started in Santiago then Los Alcazares now san javier feel like a banking gypsy all prev branches closed down so have loads of different numbers and now told after summer we will be transferred to Los Alcázares 

Plus if you have not noticed santander charge 5€ for using atm for non banco Santander accounts  

You really need to consider changing to Caixa Rural. Free banking, ibanking and credit card. Only cost is if you ask them to make a payment for you at the counter (€2) instead of doing it yourself online (€0).
