Hi Steve,

I had a problem with Wise DD last week as they failed to pay Iberdrola. They advised me it was a technical issue and a 'one off'. I've been trying to get Iberdrola to take the payment again but despite several emails, I await a reply..

Good luck with the Council!

Neil

Hi Neil

I had exactly the same problem with Wise failing to pay a DD to Iberdrola.

If you know how to log into your Iberdrola account online you can make a one off card payment for your bill which is what I done as we were worried about getting cutting off!

Hope that helps.

Kind regards

Ryan

Thanks Ryan, that's helpful. I've been mailing Iberdrola for the last week but needless to say, no reply. I've got their app but nothing there, so I'll try logging on as you suggest.

Thx again Neil

No problem Neil - if you receive your bills by email, click on where it says 'My Customer Area' on the email.

You can then register if you have not done so before, or if you've forgotten your password etc you can reset it.

Then find the bill in question and you should be able to make a card payment.

Hope this helps.

Thanks

Ryan

Hi Neil

If you click on My Bill and then scroll to the bottom to see Billing History and you should see a list of your bills which can then click on and pay by card.

Thanks

Ryan

Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. It looks to me as if you have to call them unless I've missed something.

Cheers Neil
