Has everyone in Los Narejos lost BBC and a dozen other channels from Teleast ‘service’?

Certainly in Santiago de la Ribera. Expected them to be back on today but no such luck.

Every channel is coughing and spluttering...

Sorry but what I think of teleast I can't put on hear, a few years ago I paid for the installation of tv with them. Cost a bit and ok for a very short time then lost channels, very por reception and they didn't give a toss. Went to the office and there we'retwo younge girls in there, I asked for my money back to which they refused. 

I told them I wasn't leaving the office until I did,  needless to say they didn't want me in the office all night. 

Good luck with them is all I can say.

Until there is a fibre optic broadband in our area the maximum promised internet is only 15Mbps, not enough to reliably maintain internet tv and other internet use such as Facetime video IMHO. As anyone with an internet supply will tell you there will be times when the speed will drop, especially in times of heavy demand.

To be fair to Teleast I reported the poor service by email on Sunday, and this morning someone telephoned to check that everything was now ok, saying they “had had a problem for a couple of days...”.

Lost everything! Had to have a new system installed.
