I have fibre broadband with Avatel, used to be TvHoradada It is excellent. 300mb for 9.99 euros for 3 months and then 19.99 euros the office is opposite hotel 525.
I was recommended a different supplier for tv which is also excellent, but don't think I'm allowed to post that on here.

Just bring an Amazon Firestick. Mine works fine.
If you’re there all the time then yes to broadband, but if you’re like us and come over every now and then I just use a fire stick with apptoide and kodi plus all the usual ones tethered to my phone and it’s great with zero cost
