My thanks to Crissywissy who told me about the Bus Stop by the Plant Shop that I can catch to the Airport. I will be staying near the Cristina
Hotel, and was wondering if there is a Bus Stop up that end where I can catch it.

unfortunately not...this is the only airport bus ...and only twice a day....

Hi, I've stayed at the Hotel Cristina on numerous occasions over the last few years - I chose Los Alcazares originally because of the proximity to the old San Javier airport. Being on my own, the situation with the taxis and Murcia International is very costly. On the 30th of August I paid 50 euros between the airport and the Cristina (one way.) The bus situation is a problem - two a day and a long walk from the bus stop in Los Alcazares Old Town to the Cristina.......with a heavy suitcase.......and a long wait at the airport to catch the bus.
I hope the situation improves in 2020 - what with the recent dreadful floods, and the transport situation, peoples' livelihoods in these areas are going to be badly affected.
