Hola everyone

Due to fly out of Alicante sat 30/4. We have a 10.55 am flight back to UK, my problem,as usual is getting to and from airport. Their is a bam bus leaving Santiago at 8.00 am arriving at Alicante at 10.05.I wondered if anyone knows how long its taking to get through check in etc? I know it will be tight for time, is 55 mins enough time to make flight?

Any helpful advise appreciated.

Considering that most airlines say you should arrive a minimum of 2 hours before your flight then 55 minutes leaves no room for error.

The choice is yours though !!

Hi. I would say that's really tight and I wouldn't risk it.  The gate is usually advertised as closing 45 mins before departure, so only 10 mins to get into airport, through security etc and actually get to the gate 😕.

Do you have luggage, if you have no luggage  sometimes you can check in online in advance.  the morning I caught the bus it flew up and arrived around 09:40 at Alicante Airport  but tis a tad risky .   Note el altet is the airport drop  so ETA 09:50 due time . But if you have a bag to check in definitely might not make it

Family nowadays spend a couple of days in Benidorm, then they are near the airport. Alicante is a very big airport and the departure gates used by e.g. Ryanair are as far as possible from checkin desks.
