If it is Corvera too soon for flight offers I think but Jet2 have flights that you can book to there.

The airport is supposed to start in January, and some lines are planning flights from Corvera in March 2019.

Just google Corvera there are some news articles in Murcia today.

According to press releases, Corvera will start operation on Jan 15 next year. However, if you ask me, from my own experiences (living over 38 years in th area) I wouldn' take this very serious, as pending lawsuits can still send everything down the river. During the past 6 years several "inaugurtions" were postponed one after the other for many, sometimes ridiculous, reasons.

All news regarding the opening of Corvera continues to be positive and the opening is still scheduled for January 2019

I normally fly on EasyJet from Gatwick but so far EasyJet is only offereing flights to Corveara from Luton (bummer for me)

Will be looking soon to see which carriers will be flying there but within the last 2 weeks further information and tenders were offered to carriers with a 30% discount on costs to come to Corvera compared to what they pay to go to Alicante so it certainly seems as though they mean business...?

I was under the impression that the meeting with Easyjet was in Luton and that they will be transferring all their flights to the new airport so if you currently fly to murcia from Gatwick with EJ then that route will also fly to the new airport. Indications are that Jet2 will fly from Luton and Manchester to the new airport. 

Hope you are correct but if I look to book for next year to Corvera, currently nothing available for Gatwick. It would be ideal so lets wait and see

The flights won't be released until October for flights for April next year
