Wanted: Mac Donald’s and Burger King

Just a thought myself and my wife and friends went to Burger King in Los alcazares unless you have a degree in buying a simple burger same in Mac Donald’s who invented these stupid machines we wanted 4 burgers no cheese and 1 1/4 pounder simple? After 10 mins we went to the empty counter loads of staff but they can not take order must be done through machine so one of the excess staff came out and they also had trouble finding our order
We sat near the machines and watched both young and old go to the counter so the person could come out and work this complicated machine it was in English so should not be a problem, but should you wish to have 30 mins of searching for a burger just a burger go to either company and try and work the machine or rather try and find your burger after 10 mins we had our order and asked if we wanted a drink sadly we had llost the will to live or eat let alone drink, what happened to friendly personal service
