Covid test prior to returning to UK

I am having my test at San Javier today. What documentary evidence of this will I receive, please?

You will be issued with a certificate there and then.

I am flying back to the UK on Friday morning and have just had my appointment for pcr test cancelled at Cabo Roig. Can anyone suggest somewhere local I can rebook?
