Has anyone who is not registered in the Spanish health system enquired as to how and when they might be in the vaccination list?

I moved in July from the Murcia region to the Valenciana region. It took a while to get my padron ( which I had and residencia in Murcia region) and I have to say that it was admin incompetence that made it go on an extra 3 weeks. T he administrator didnt photocopy our passports when he did everything else, However after applying in October we received our padron in December. We then made arrangements to get our TIE cards from Alicante ,this took around 4-6 weeks for an appointment which I attended on the 30 December . I now have to wait 7 weeks to pick up my card.
My point is that some of the people on this site have said they have waited over a year and I cant understand why ,this all has taken 5 months including an admin fault..

The clue is in 'already had padron & residencia' in Murcia perhaps. You were already in the system.
An abogado said they were prioritising completions based on various criteria. So many, like us, are at the bottom of the pile! But given the circumstanes, that is fair enough.

Valencia has published a website for people who do not have access to the Spanish NHS to register into the vaccination programme.
EDIT ... link removed. This turned out to be an incorrect use of this web link..

I am with the "shrug" attitude. If a resident they should be on the padron and in the health system so will be qualified and get the jabs. If not resident why are they here and why should they get vaccination here rather than in their own country of residence?
Leaving aside the "shrug" attitude for the moment, there are many people who are here since before the travel restrictions came into place and are now in a Catch 22 situation. They can't register with a local doctor if they are not residents, at least that is the information I have been given and if you can't register with a doctor how do you get the vaccine if you can't get back to you own country?
And please, lets not get bogged down with 90 day regulations etc. etc. let's please stay with the simple question of how to get the jab if you are not a resident. There are many very valid reasons why people may not wish to become residents but who find themselves in Spain for various reasons. And there are many such people currently in Spain.

Has anyone found out how to get covid vaccination if you are on padron and have residency but not registered with state health system as third country national but having private health insurance. My insurance company said they do not cover vaccination and its only available in state health clinics where I cannot get registered. What do I do? Where can I get vaccination, I am 74? Thank you.

That was my question when I raised this subject. It seems no-one has an answer.
Have any of you in this situation asked the British Consulate what you can do?

British consulate doesn't have an answer yet when I asked. Everyone is entitled to vaccination its just a question who and how it will be organised as people like myself are invisible to the health system.

You can have Priv med insuranance and state healthcare .If you apply to the nhs overseas dept they will issue you an S1 form .You take this to your nearest Social security office and they will exchange the form for another form( it is Spain) which you take to your healthcentre and they will issue you a SIP card. This entitles you to Spanish healthcare and therefore the vaccination.
