Day 2 test

We have just had delivered our Randox day 2 tests.

£43 each with Ryanair discount code.

They were delivered very quickly.

Remember that you have to take the completed tests to a Randox Dropbox.

Make sure there is one of fairly near where you live in the UK.

We used Nationwide Pathology £40 but very reliable given 5 stars on review's

Sadly “Expert” proved to be anything but! They did send the Day2 test, and did send back the (negative) result, but there was absolutely no communication from them about what if anything was happening, unlike Randox who sent the kit, acknowledged them receiving the sample, then sent the result.

As Roland said, check there is a return box within reach, rather than pay additional to courier it. Ours was a 30+ mile round trip.

You truly do get what you pay for!

Just read on Facebook, that people are still ordering from Expert Medical. And it doesn’t need to be on the gov list??? 

Expert medical £28 just to get code and take a chance 🤔🤔🤔🤔 or Randox £43 ????

Plus you can do chargeback if you don’t receive the test. 

My concern is it won’t be accepted and would you find out at the airport just as your about to board or as you fill out the locator form???

Any thoughts?

With Nationwide Pathology you only need to return with Royal Mail in priority post box. No need go miles looking for drop box. Also postage paid and tracked

Hi,I ordered from Expert Medical and didn’t receive my tests.They don’t reply to emails.😖😖What is chargeback?I really would like my money back.

Expert medical were taken off the list as they are being investigated for not providing tests or results and not giving refunds. Disgraceful.

Contact bank for a charge back.

We use Randox.

We used Randox and couldnt fault them. Our nearest drop box is about 20mins away. Once dropped off we received several update e-mails from them and results within 24 hrs 

Whichever bank card you used, contact them, tell them you didn’t receive the service paid for, and request chargeback. You will have to provide evidence that you requested the item and requested a refund. Hopefully you’ll have emails to send as proof.
