They may be opening up the terraces to bars and restaurants up to 75% capacity next week and maybe inside the following week if cases continue to fall. Will know more tomorrow.

Confirmed 75% opening of bar / restaurant terraces.
I understand (please check) we can go to other areas where their bars are open to
the same level. At present that does NOT include San Javier or San Pedro.

Not all areas are opening the terraces of their bars and you cannot travel from your area to visit the places that are open.
Ie you cannot travel from Cartagena to Los Alcazares. and although the bar terraces have been opened it still dose not mean people from theses areas can travel outside there comunity.
So if you live in Los Alcazares, for instance, it dose not mean you can take a trip to Iceland in San Javier or the shopping centre in Cartagena.

The original question was is Los Alcazeres still in lockdown.
Confirmation of bars opening terraces referred to Los Alcazeres only.
Never meant to imply all areas had bars open. I did state at the end
this meant you cannot travel to San Javier or San Pedro . I also said check
on my understanding of whether we could move between areas.
I was just trying to help not mislead.
