Where did road blocks go

Sunday there were road blocks all around Los alcazares to stop new arrivals from cities but today Monday all disappeared I look after an 83 year old who is severely disabled and go there daily to feed and clean after him but today road blocks gone and saw on way person washing there car people out walking ???? We need consistency
