1000 euros for 4 weeks is cheap compared with the prices being charged this year. However just keep checking at different times of day and nearer the time. We are going to Spain on the 19th of this month for 8 days. When I checked a few weeks ago the price was around 500 euros. Over the weekend it was around 350 euros, this morning it was 290 euros. I have just booked now (same company, car, details etc), 233 euros. A lot more than we paid pre pandemic but 233 beats 500 any day.

Goldcar through Doyouspain. Loads of people on here will tell you to avoid Goldcar because of their own personal experiences, but I have used them for over 10 years without any problems. On another note I have just checked same dates, times etc this morning and the cheapest price is 316 euros and that is for an off airport provider, on airport is 334, I paid 233 yesterday evening and it is on airport. So it does work checking the prices at different times and or days.

i always us Kayak, but to be honest they all use the same 'engine' which is called car trawler - you just need to keep checking , i was quoted 270 for 4 days but ended up paying 74
