Is the tráfico office open

Hello all. Does anyone know if the tráfico offices are open at the moment? Thanks.

As they have suspended licence exchanges and even permiso renewals I very much doubt it. They have no admin to do at the moment so hopefully will be busy on more vital duties.
Have a look at their site dgt.es and change language to English?
