Hola   I take it you are new to Spain        be very careful     if you buy private    the rules over here are  "strange"  you can be made to pay  all outstanding  fees  from over the years     such as unpaid  "road tax"     once you register as a new owner     

try and buy a left hand drive      much cheaper in long run     plus easy to sell if you return to the UK  

also  be very careful where you buy from a Garage     I was "caught"  and lost €3,000  over the two weeks I owned a car   when the engine blew up so stay away from       specialist vehicles   in  San Javier        

Try cars in  Spain    they have  "bangers"   up to almost new     in  Torre-Pacheco      you can view the cars on line    

some good and bad reports                           also dents & dings    over here are normal      even high mileage

During the 17 years I’ve lived in Spain I have only owned two cars, both bought from dealerships. Depending on the make you are looking for I would recommend Dimovil, Mercedes, I bought mine at the dealership in Murcia city, but at the one in San Javier the staff seem professional and helpful.
