Hi can any one advise me please earlier this year both myself and my wife had our visa application accepted by the consultant, however due to unexpected ill health we didn't go and get our passport visa stamped.  Can we reapply the process again next year to get visa's or are we now unable to apply

When you say 'consultant', do you mean the staff at the consulate? And, if so, were you notified that your application had been accepted?

If so, I would go to the consulate and explain the situation and they may be able to resolve it easily (maybe take proof of hospital admission, doctor's appointments etc.). If not, then the solicitor that I used to progress my successful application will probably be able to help (for a fee).

Good Luck!
