I think I may be the bearer of bad news guys
Ryanair will not be flying from Luton next summer.
They are also not flying from Leeds Bradford & East Midlands.
Things may of course change if Ryanair wins the poker game he is obviously playing with Corvera & the regional authorities.

Ryanair does what it says on the tin......and when we do what we should i.e turn up with our booking details, with the right size bag and settle into the randomly allocated seat no other airline gets us to Spain as cheap.......but when people pay peanuts and then moan...OMG

I think you did! :o)
'Whatever anybody says about Corvera airport San Javier is never ever going to open again to passenger flights.
Very annoying for me as instead of half an hour drive I now have 1.5 hours drive !!'
I thought that 1.5 hours was 90 minutes? :o)

There was an earlier post where someone said Jet2 changed their aircraft from seats to cargo....this post has been deleted (through embarrasment?) but just thought it worth posting what the horses' mouth says...
"Thank you for contacting Jet2.com.
I can confirm this isn’t something that we do anymore.
Jet2.com did used to use our planes as cargo planes however, I’m not aware of this ever effecting our commercial flights.
