ACGuard aircon cards

Hi, I have one of these systems in an apartment I recently bought in Los Alcazares. All looks to be OK except that the only card that works in the system is the owners card, the rest of the cards I have "inherited" at the property just give an E4 message. I suspect that they are all expired and used. where, and how, do I get them renewed or replaced please?Is there a local office my keyholder can buy from?
