you have acted properly in this old Gentleman-s interest who is being subjected to bully-boy tactics.

The support of his neighbors as witnesses could be very helpful especially where he is being slandered and persecuted by Rainbow without any proof. 

As Mr Parker allegedly stills pays his rent it would be interesting to see if the Local Court evicts an 83 year old onto the streets.

I think a spell of publicity is in order, count on my support I hate bully's.  I hope others follow.  I wish you success, well done. Regards, Al

Added: I was so incensed about this poor man I forgot to advise, by all means sort out a Solicitor but I would not advise spending money just yet. A Solicitor is probably at this stage unable to alter the situation.

This man can only be evicted by a Court.

He pays his rent unless this Landlady can provide proof that she needs to live there I cannot see the Court putting this man out on the streets.

Best to wait for a Court date, but someone must respond to the Denuncia within the allotted time. Then get the Solicitor to act if no one fancies doing it on this poor old mans behalf.

Usually you can make an informal visit to the court to pre-emti the date in Court. Very often to the law, compassion, reasonableness it may never go further and avoid the need for professional representation.
