Hi All We have a property in la, this morning we had a message through sabadell account &came up with cdad prop poligo we dont have a glue what this is its asking for a payment, ist time we've had this message please help thanks baz
'cdad prop' probably is an abbreviation for comunidad de propietarios - which is 'community of owners'; and 'poligo' can mean 'housing estate'; so this may relate to a community charge / maintenance fee?

In feb 2019 I and another bought new cars scrapping our old ones we were told we will receive a rebate on our local car tax to date not recd but also not recd rates bill or new car tax bill ? Is ayuntamiento open or are they paying in and asking for money ? You would think collecting rates this year would be very important
