Hola yes the Post Room 525 Square with your back to Tipsy Thistle slightly right there is a corridor (under the Hotel) you will find
the post room towards the back ran by an English Couple

I did mine online and it was very easy, no need to go to the Post Room or any other place that will charge you extra. I ordered mine the 1st week of December and it was posted to me from the UK Passport office (special delivery by DHL - £7.50) in exactly 3 weeks after I applied for it.
