Hello all
just bought a property in los alcazares,
all direct debits set up for water , electric etc, now i see new debit
for agencia tributaria de murcia , can anyone tell me what is payment for?
is it the suma not sure ?.

Give it to your Solicitor, all yearly bills, community fees, iba, suma etc should have been paid for by the Vendor. Retention will be held by the Solicitors for this purpose.

possibly IBI...like council tax...ask your solicitor.

Should say basura....maybe your IBI has already been paid for the year.
